When settlement has proved impossible, we have successfully tried many subrogation actions. The firm’s clients typically retain us as soon as they are notified of a loss. We are then able to coordinate the investigation, retain appropriate experts, and ensure all relevant evidence is preserved. As we typically work on a contingent basis on subrogation actions, our early involvement does not cost our clients any additional fees. However, the client is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in the pursuit of subrogation.  This fee arrangement also provides an incentive to us to quickly evaluate subrogation potential on the file, and to only prosecute those cases that have merit.
