Jared Flynn will pull from the knowledge he gained working as staff counsel for a major insurer and at civil litigation defense firms to break down the often complex topics of indemnity, subrogation, and contribution. His discussion will include an overview of subrogation, asserting subrogation rights, and defenses to subrogation claims. He will also cover a party's right to contribution, bringing a claim for contribution, and defenses to contribution claims.

The American Inns of Court is an association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals from all levels and backgrounds who share a passion for professional excellence. Membership is divided into "pupillage teams." Each pupillage team conducts one program for the Inn each year.
The Knife & Fork Club of Houston is a social club that meets six times a year for dinner, guest speakers, humor, current events and educational topics. The Knife & Fork club has invited members of the Garland R. Walker Inn to present an encore presentation of one of last year's well-received pupilage programs.
